Referral Rewards Program Terms & Conditions
Instant Roofing & Exteriors
Instant Roofing & Exteriors offers a referral rewards program as a thank-you to individuals who refer new customers to our company. The referral reward is strictly compensation for a qualifying referral and is not a discount, rebate, credit, insurance deductible reimbursement, or reduction in the price of any services.
Referral Reward
A qualifying referrer may receive a $50 referral reward when a new customer they refer hires Instant Roofing & Exteriors and the referred customer's first qualifying job is completed and paid in full.
Only one $50 referral reward may be earned for each referred customer, regardless of how many projects or services the referred customer purchases from Instant Roofing & Exteriors in the future.
A referrer may earn additional $50 rewards by referring additional new customers who independently meet the requirements of this program.
Qualifying Referral
To qualify:
The referred customer must be a new customer who was referred to Instant Roofing & Exteriors by the referrer.
The referred customer must identify the referrer before or at the time the referred customer's first project is booked or contracted.
The referred customer's first qualifying project must be completed and paid in full.
The referral must be verifiable by Instant Roofing & Exteriors.
The referral must otherwise comply with these Terms & Conditions.
The Referral Rewards Program is not retroactive. Referrals made before the launch of the program are not eligible for a referral reward, including referrals that previously resulted in completed or ongoing projects.
A referral reward is not earned merely because an estimate, inspection, appointment, proposal, or contract is completed.
Existing Customers Making Referrals
Current and previous Instant Roofing & Exteriors customers may participate in the referral program.
If the referrer currently has an active project or unpaid balance with Instant Roofing & Exteriors, all work on the referrer's existing project must be completed and the referrer's account must be paid in full before any referral reward will be issued.
Referral rewards will not be applied toward an existing or future invoice, outstanding balance, insurance deductible, or other amount owed to Instant Roofing & Exteriors. Referral rewards are paid separately after all applicable requirements have been satisfied.
Insurance Projects and Deductibles
Referral rewards are separate from the price charged to the referred customer for roofing or exterior services.
A referral reward:
Will not reduce the referred customer's contract price.
Will not be applied toward an insurance deductible.
Will not be used to reimburse or offset any portion of an insurance deductible.
Will not be shown or represented as a discount, rebate, credit, or price reduction on an insurance-related project.
Does not relieve any customer of their obligation to pay all amounts required under their contract, including any applicable insurance deductible.
Customers remain responsible for paying the full amount they are legally and contractually required to pay.
Ineligible Referrers
Referral rewards are intended for ordinary customer, friend, family, neighbor, and community referrals.
Referral rewards will not be paid to:
Public insurance adjusters.
Insurance adjusters acting in connection with the referred customer's claim.
Insurance agents, insurance company representatives, or other insurance professionals when accepting the reward would violate applicable law, regulation, professional obligation, or company policy.
Attorneys, appraisers, umpires, or other professionals involved in the referred customer's insurance claim or dispute when payment would be prohibited or create a conflict of interest.
Any person prohibited by law, regulation, licensing requirement, professional rule, contractual obligation, or employer policy from accepting referral compensation.
Employees, representatives, or agents of Instant Roofing & Exteriors unless expressly approved by the company.
Instant Roofing & Exteriors reserves the right to determine whether a person is eligible to receive a referral reward.
No Self-Referrals
Customers may not refer themselves or use another person solely for the purpose of creating a referral reward for their own project.
A referral reward may not be transferred to the referred customer or used as a credit toward the referred customer's project.
Multiple Referrers
Only one referral reward will be issued for each new referred customer.
If more than one person claims to have referred the same customer, Instant Roofing & Exteriors will determine the qualifying referrer based on its records and the information provided by the referred customer.
Payment of Referral Rewards
Qualifying referral rewards will be issued only after:
The referred customer's qualifying project has been completed.
The referred customer's account has been paid in full.
Any active project involving the referrer has been completed and the referrer's account with Instant Roofing & Exteriors has been paid in full.
Instant Roofing & Exteriors has verified that all other program requirements have been satisfied.
Payment Method: Referral rewards may be issued by check, Zelle, or Venmo. Available payment methods may vary, and Instant Roofing & Exteriors reserves the right to determine the method used to issue a referral reward. Referral rewards will not be paid in cash or applied as a credit toward any project, invoice, balance, or insurance deductible.
No referral reward is owed for a project that is canceled, rescinded, refunded, charged back, written off, or otherwise not paid in full.
Tax Reporting and W-9 Requirements
Referral rewards may constitute taxable income to the recipient. Each referrer is responsible for determining and satisfying any federal, state, or local tax obligations associated with referral rewards received.
Instant Roofing & Exteriors will track referral rewards paid to each recipient during the calendar year. If referral rewards paid to a recipient reach or exceed $2,000 during a calendar year, the recipient will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before additional referral rewards are issued, to the extent required for applicable tax reporting.
Instant Roofing & Exteriors may issue any applicable tax forms required by law. Instant Roofing & Exteriors also reserves the right to request a completed Form W-9 at any time when reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, recordkeeping, or legal compliance purposes.
Failure to provide requested tax information may result in referral payments being withheld until the required information is received.
Program Administration
Instant Roofing & Exteriors reserves the right to verify referrals, determine eligibility, reject fraudulent or questionable referrals, modify these Terms & Conditions, or discontinue the referral program at any time.
Participation in the referral program does not create an employment, agency, partnership, independent contractor, sales representative, or other business relationship between the referrer and Instant Roofing & Exteriors.
Referrers are not authorized to make representations, promises, warranties, pricing commitments, or statements regarding insurance coverage on behalf of Instant Roofing & Exteriors.
Legal Compliance
The referral program is intended to comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. No referral reward will be paid when doing so would violate applicable law, regulation, licensing requirements, professional rules, contractual obligations, or public policy.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with applicable law, the applicable law will control and the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted.
Instant Roofing & Exteriors reserves final determination of eligibility for all referral rewards.
